 Cancellation and modification

For accommodation agreements with a specific date, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. The cancellation conditions below apply as a commercial arrangement.

Cancellation must always be made in writing and will result in the following charges:

• More than 28 days before arrival: no charges;

• From 28 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;

• From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total amount;

• On the day of arrival, in case of early departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount.

Cancellation by the primary guest applies to all fellow guests.

If the B&B has to cancel due to force majeure, an alternative will be offered or the amount already paid will be refunded.

Modifications at the guest's request may incur an administrative fee of €10.
